Data Storage and Deletion
For both clients and business customers, all data is deleted within six months after the conclusion of the assignment unless you opt to continue receiving news or event invitations from Watzabrand.
If you request deletion or no longer wish to be contacted, your data will be promptly deleted.
Email conversations are stored for six months unless you explicitly request earlier deletion.
Procedures, External Partners, and Providers
Third parties: Our accounting firm and auditors have access to business systems for data review purposes.
Watzabrand AB is the data controller.
We operate as a network organization for business assignments, consultancy, and interim projects. Since October 2020, updated terms require all partners to comply with GDPR as per confidentiality agreements.
Primary Platforms & Business Systems
Adobe – Express, Creative Cloude and Acrobat SigniCloud – Backup for additional storage of business-critical data with two-factor authentication in cloud service
Handelsbanken – Corporate bank using BankID
HubSpot – CRM system, email campaigns, cookie, and pixel tag management
Fortnox – Accounting and invoicing system
